Ray serves as Executive Pastor and Missions Pastor. As Executive Pastor, he aligns staff and ministries to accomplish the church’s mission and vision. Working with pastoral and administrative staff, Ray oversees operational functions to advance and unify the church. Ray also develops and equips lay leaders and church ambassadors to minister and serve, and his primary responsibilities include administration, discipleship, teaching and preaching.

As Missions Pastor, Ray leverages his passion for cross-cultural ministry and draws on his experience in numerous contexts to develop and train leaders in the areas of leadership development, ministry development, global missions, and discipleship. Ray holds a master’s degree in international Affairs from Regent University, and a master’s degree and PhD in Intercultural Studies from Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology. He is married to his beautiful wife, Dawn, and is the proud grandfather of Judah and Eden.
