Elisa Davis joined the Fellowship staff in 2016 as a member of the Family Ministry Team, and now serves as Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor. She holds degrees from both Cedarville University as well as The Ohio State University and recently completed a certification in Project Management.  Elisa and her husband, Matt, have been married since 2008 and have three beautiful children; Zoe, Jack, and Aurora. She enjoys cooking, playing board games, camping, and serving as an archery instructor with a local 4-H club. Elisa especially enjoys following Cleveland baseball.

In her role as Executive Assistant, Elisa assists with communication, logistics, schedule management, and systems creation and refinement. She often serves as a liaison between different areas of ministry and between staff and community leaders. While her primary focus is in support of Pastor Jeremy, Elisa also uses her project management skills to help equip our staff and volunteer teams to lead effectively and prepare for programs and events. What excites Elisa the most in her role is being able to use her spiritual gift of administration to support others in their ministry callings.
