CHAMPION CITY SPORTS HEART HEALTHY DANCE AND MEDITATION CLASS

Saturday, February 7 // 8:45-10AM // Upper Valley campus // This is a Worship Dance class that is sure to get your heart beating for the Lord! God encourages us to dance to Him, and through the guidance of Rose Chonko (local dance instructor and movement teacher) you will get to experience what it means to praise the Lord and build strength and endurance at the same time. Bring an exercise mat, dress comfortably so you can move freely, and bring a water bottle! And bring a journal and pen-to finish class we will bring it down with a guided meditation by Olivia Woodrow where we’ll absorb a key Bible verse to steady our minds and our hearts as we enter the next season.
