Promote an Event
If you wish to promote an event at Fellowship, please fill out this form COMPLETELY.
BEFORE YOU REQUEST PROMOTION, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS:
Fellowship* is pleased to offer spaces in our communication channels for appropriate use. Fellowship* programming/ministries, other church groups and then individual members (in that order) hold promotion priority.
There may be, however, unforeseen emergencies and contingencies that will require promotional priorities to shift and something else may receive preference over your request. Your promotional request may have to be cancelled or moved, sometimes with out notice.
All promotional requests must be scheduled through the church website at least two (2) week in advance to allow for necessary planning and execution. For example, if you want something to run in the church bulletin on September 14th, we need to receive your request by September 1st. A response will then be provided within three business days of receipt of the form by the Communications Director.
Fellowship events are promoted for a maximum of four (4) weeks. Events that are not Fellowship core ministries are promoted for a maximum of two (2) weeks. While we will do our best to promote your event as you have requested, the Communications Director reserves the right to fully edit the information you submit to comply with communications standards. Sometimes the church schedule gets very full and there are many, many things to promote. The Communications Director has full discretion to decide what forms your promotion may take and how long they run. Remember, we want your event to be known to our Fellowship family as much as you do and we will do our best to prioritize things so that all events are seen by as many people as possible.
